Andrew Smith HVAC Services is based in Melissa, and we cover a real service area — not a marketing map. Every town listed below is a place we actually drive to, on a regular schedule, with the same crew and the same pricing. There is no dispatch out of a call center hours away, no third-party subcontractors, and no rural surcharge for standard service calls in the communities we serve.

We handle residential and light commercial HVAC across three counties: Collin County (Melissa, Anna, McKinney, Allen, Plano, Prosper, Celina, Blue Ridge, Princeton, Westminster, Farmersville), Grayson County (Van Alstyne, Howe, Sherman, Gunter, Whitewright), and Fannin County (Leonard, Trenton). If your town is not on the list but you are within our general area, call and ask — we frequently take calls in neighboring communities when the schedule allows.

For each community below, we offer the same services: AC and heating repair, new AC installation and replacement, furnace installation, heat pump service, ductless mini-split installation, ductwork repair, smart thermostat installation, indoor air quality solutions, preventive maintenance, commercial HVAC, and emergency HVAC service. Same-day response is the standard for no-cool and no-heat calls during business hours.

Every community we serve has its own quirks — the older neighborhoods that need careful ductwork retrofits, the newer subdivisions where builder-grade equipment gives out early, the rural properties where wind and open sun put extra hours on the outdoor unit. We adjust the diagnostic to what your home actually needs, and we do not sell you something that will not solve the problem in front of you.
